Dear fellow human beings and friends!
Especially in times like these, art can make a significant contribution to the freedom and peace of all of us – not only as a spiritual support and moral guide – but very real – as a supporter and helper in times of need.
Many of the artists around the art action of Angelo Roventa “round72” and many others from Vorarlberg and the whole world have shown their great sympathy and put some of their works free of charge in the service of the good cause. 72PEACES is the rallying point for the helpfulness of these artists and now hopes for the same positive reaction on the part of the friends of this art – on the part of all people who want to express their sympathy and purchase one of these works of art. The proceeds from this auction will go 100% to the campaign “Vorarlberg helps” and thus supports the Red Cross and Caritas in their efforts to help the victims of this war from Ukraine.
On 16.04.2022, starts in the context of the project round72 in the tree circle at the port, 6900 Bregenz an art auction under the title “72PEACES”, organized and designed in cooperation with “Vorarlberg helps” and the cultural office of the city of Bregenz.
The auction is planned as follows: The works will be put up for auction on the site www.72peaces.com from 16.04.2022 at 0:00. In addition to an image, information on size, material, year of creation and of course the artist, they are listed with a call price (the minimum bid) and the buy-it-now price. Amounts can be entered freely, with a minimum step to the next bid of 10€. If a work has been bid on, the possibility of direct purchase does not apply.
The auction runs until 03.05.2022 at 20:00. To celebrate the end of the auction and to give all bidders and interested parties the opportunity to have a real look at the artworks in addition to the presentation on the net, we will meet in the magazine 4 of the city of Bregenz in Bergmannstraße 6. Open Doors at 18:00 – from 18:30 to 20:00 there is the possibility to bid live on site in addition to the Internet.
Directly after the bidding, we hope to be able to hand over as large a check as possible to the “Vorarlberg Hilft” campaign.
In addition, there is the possibility for so-called sponsors (mostly sponsors from the economy) to take over a sponsorship for one or more works. This means that they guarantee the purchase at the call price – otherwise they can participate in the auction in a regular way. We want to make sure that all works find a new owner, more money is raised, and the sponsors have a chance to show that they are doing good.

On 16.04.2022, starts in the context of the project round72 at the tree circle at the port, 6900 Bregenz an art auction under the title “72PEACES” start, organized and designed in cooperation with “Vorarlberg helps” (Caritas, Red Cross, Land Vorarlberg, etc). For this we would like to ask you – who is willing and able – to contribute and send until 25.04. 2022 a work of art from your creative work by mail to the address: Alemannenstr. 49, 6830 Rankweil – Company Alphagate (postage will be paid by Alphagate) or you are welcome to bring it yourself.
The proceeds of the auction will be used exclusively for the benefit of people fleeing from the effects of the war in Ukraine.
The auction is planned as follows. All works will be marked by yourself with a call price and an offer price, for which you would sell your work for example in a gallery. Your call price should be rather low – so that we can achieve an amount for the refugees in any case, and the offer price rather high – in order to increase the amount, and to make clear to the bidders that they are not only doing something good for the refugees, but also for themselves.
Kick off for the entire action is Easter Saturday, 16.04.2022 with an installation by Angelo Roventa in the tree circle. Hereby, the action, which was already announced in advance through posters, flyers, print, television and social media, will be presented to a broad public.
With this action also the auction of the works of art starts under www.72peaces.com in the net. Linking is www.round72.com and from other partners and supporters who want to join our action.
A good 2 weeks later, on Tuesday, 03.05.2022 the action ends with an on-site auction in the rooms of Magazin 4 – Bergmannstraße 6, 6900 Bregenz. Admission is 18:00, the auction begins at 18:30. Now, in addition to the online platform, it is also possible to bid for the objects on site. Directly afterwards, we can then hopefully hand over as large a check as possible to the “Vorarlberg Hilft” campaign.

In order to give the sponsors, the opportunity to choose their favorite objects in advance, and to be able to promote the works and the event as a whole, the works should be available at least 1 week before the auction in the form of an email to Kunstwerke@72peaces.com with a photo, with the description of material and size, as well as the call and bid price – with a contact to you, Internet address or email. I ask you to provide us bindingly with these details by mail until 11.04.2022!
On 25.04.2022 is the deadline for the works themselves. Please send them by mail to the address: Alemannenstr. 49, 6830 Rankweil, company Alphagate. The postage will be paid by Alphagate.
